These Terms of Service govern your use of the Doctasimo website, mobile experiences, and related services. By accessing or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
1. Agreement
By using Doctasimo ("we", "us", "our") you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have parental consent where required. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Services and products
Doctasimo offers botanical wellness products, health information, and related e-commerce services. Product descriptions, images, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including stock limits, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or shipping constraints.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate registration and checkout information. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Orders, pricing, and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes where indicated. Payment is processed through our authorized payment partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on carriers and your location. Risk of loss passes in accordance with our carrier arrangements and applicable law.
5. Health and medical disclaimer
Our products are traditional herbal formulations. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and they are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any supplement or if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or take medication.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Doctasimo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a given order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
7. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Republic of Cameroon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
